Y'know, one of these days I'm just gonna stop calling the Lunatic Phringe all-together, because
I can't handle the level of apathy and cynicism that mant of the other user possess. There are, mind you,
a few good souls on this BBS, and I like them...but we agree that there are enough not-so wonderful users
to warrant a departure from that environment. Today, after reading a long drawn-out thread concerning our
presidents and all of the corruption that accompanies them, I finally decided to add my two cents. It may not
make *perfect* sense out of context, but you'll catch my drift.
So, this means that a new addition has been made to the thoughts page:

Happy 4-20 to all you durn pot-heads out there (and you know who you are)! I wish you all a day full of noxious fumes and pleasant trips. As for me, I'll be going to class and then off to the monthly 10% Society dance to shake my oh-so shakable booty.
Ahem, but on with what's new. Added "sunday, 911", a short story by moi, to the stories page. It's...odd.

I've added two new poems to the poetry section. They were
for my creative writing class, and I rather like them. They are: "fated, remember me" and "On Emotions From Loss"
Also, it has come to my attention that "Rising Into Consciousness" is hard for some peoples computers
to handle. Many hamsters have died while valiantly trying to bring the story up, and as I cannot have the death
of so many noble creatures weighing on my conscience any longer, I will be hacking out new code for RIC.
This is what I get for trusted Microsoft Word converted html. All that dead code, sheesh! I say unto thee, do not trust the
Microsoft! It is eeeevil! So, I'm gonna sit down and do this the ole fashioned way, the way I used to do it--
straight up html coding by hand. And it should be done by this weekend. :)

Happy birthday to my beloved scuzzy muffin brother, Jason! I won't say how old he is--suffice to say that he's
oooooold. ;)
Oh and, I've come down with Mad Cow Disease, so I'll be out to pasture for a few days 'til the
vets can cure me. Lemme tell ya, cuds are not all they're cracked up to be.

Hey all! I've started work on the monumental task of making the new Beyond the Pale e-zine website!

Also! I've updated the short story, "Coma", and it is now called "This is Not An Exit". It's been heavily revised and, I think, is much better now.

The final draft is done! No, for real this time. I've revised, edited, spat on, made love to, and generally
made (I hope) improvements to "Rising Into Consciousness / Duality". I do hope you will take the time
to go read it, as there are a number of changes made grammatically, but more importantly, I have made changes
so that the time lines work out AND so certain little nagging details make sense. The most noticeable change is
in chapter 15, and it's a revelation that Auset has. Go read. Oh yeah, I've also formatted it in chapters, they each have a
spiffy title. The whole durn thing is up, go here: Rising Into Consciousness
I have very much enjoyed this project, and hope it is as enjoyable to read. Feel free to let me know what you think.
The (heavily) revised version of Coma is on its' way.

It never ceases to amaze me that other people out there in the big wide world have been reading

I've added an mp3 section to my vast collection of webspace. As of right now,
there are only 4 mp3s up for your listening pleasure, but soon there will be oh-so many more! I plan on having

Hey, it's SPRING BREAK! And where am I? Sitting at work, in the library, as per usual. Such is
the plight of the poor college student though! But, this means I have time to work on the revision of Duality, so
who knows what will come of it!

Added "Coma", a story by me. It was an assignment for my creative writing class, it's short, and I have nooo idea where the idea came from. But, if'n yer feelin' the desire, go a head an' read it.
Also, all of the below listed websites that are doin' me the favor of carrying my stories, have the fully up-to-date finished version of "Duality". Now it's up to me to finish up the revision and editing process...but from the looks of how busy things are 'round these here parts, that may be a while. Have faith. ;)
In other news, I have been hired by the Edgewood College Science Department to design the webpage for their ISEEC program. Woohoo! I'm a full-fledged dork now! But seriously folks, I'm figgerin' it will be an interesting opportunity, and I will post the link to the site as soon as it exists. Cheers!
