Hi. My name's Emily. For whatever reason, you've stumbled onto my website. That's great! I hope it doesn't prove to be a complete waste of your time. I'm a musician, writer, photographer and film maker (of a sort--I don't direct). I also do some technical writing to make ends meet, but you won't hear much about that, don't worry.

I started this vain little website years ago (1996?) as a silly side project, a way to show off some of my terrible poetry and post photos of friends--y'know, the usual. Since then, it has evolved to become a little more professionally oriented. That is, you can find a lot of my personal work here: fiction, poetry, photography, film work, and links to my freelance articles and the like.

I live here, at www.agog.net, with a few other good friends. Some of my words live other places, too, and if you type my name into a search engine, some of them are libel to show up. That and some sites of ill-repute, but one doesn't discriminate when one wants their words to go forth and prosper.

Please to be looking around my site at the many offerings I have laid out on the table. My tradition is one of hospitality. There are words and art and poetry and music and a guestbook, where you can leave your permanent mark on my world. Oh and, much, much more!

If anything here offends you, that's just a shame, really. I don't set out to offend (unless you're a member of the Bush administration, but that's a whole other story). All content herein is, however, copyrighted to yours truly.

Otherwise, enjoy, and feel free to sling feedback in my direction (no feces, please). And always, always remember that more is more, less is less, more is better, twice as much is good too, not enough is bad, and too much is never enough unless it's just about right. That and bananas. They're going extinct, y'know.
